WSI Launches the "New" Citizens National Bank Website

18-Dec-2008 Cheboygan, Michigan. Citizens National Bank is pleased to announce the launch of their new website, found online at www.CNBisMyBank.com. This new site was developed with the intent of making it even easier for visitors to find information about the bank, log in to access account information and promote all the wonderful things the bank does for the communities it serves.

“As a Northern Michigan’s independently owned community bank, we feel it’s important that our website keep up with current technology and give our customers and other visitors the right impression of the bank,” says Nancy Lindsay, the bank’s Marketing Director and project manager for the website’s development.

“We’re very excited about our new website because we think it has a much more friendly feel than our old one and information is easy to find. We’ve categorized our services under Personal, Business and Electronic service areas, so it’s easy to find what you are looking for,” continues Lindsay.

The new site was developed with the help of a former community banker, now award-winning Certified Internet Business Consultant, Eric Cook and WSI Internet Solutions. “As a former community banker of 15 years, I enjoy working with financial institutions like Citizens National Bank and helping them get the most out of their Internet strategies,” says Cook. “Our website development system makes it easy for the bank to get in and update the site, making sure that customers and visitors have access to the most current information available.”

“Eric and his team were great to work with throughout this entire process and it really helped that he understands the banking industry,” says Lindsay. The website features state-of-the-art technology that enables bank staff to update the site without having to know “HTML” or other web-related programming. By using WSI’s modular technology, the bank can easily publish news stories, announcements, provide access to important documents and forms and add pictures and links as they want.
